Synopsis
Stefano is an idealistic Sicilian boy who militates among the separatists and takes part in guerrilla warfare. Wanted, he moves to the North. Upon returning to the island, he adapts. A series of compromises makes him rich and powerful. But at a certain point, events take a turn for the worse, and the mafia's connection to politics becomes tangible.
