Synopsis

Clementine lives in Paris in a splendid apartment at 14 rue le Monde. She's a cheerful and carefree girl, and she does a job she loves dearly: she reads to children in need, helping them overcome their fears by showing them other worlds, those of stories, so fantastical yet so close to reality. Albert is a young, budding writer. One rainy day, he sees Clementine on the street and is literally struck by her: she's the woman of his life, Albert senses it, knows it. He must do something, he must meet her, but how will he ever meet her again in a city as big as Paris? One thing is certain: she will be the protagonist of his new novel. Once published, the book captivates readers, who fall in love with that heartfelt story. Clementine reads it too, and has a strange feeling. There's something special in that book, something that belongs to her, but what? After all, in novels as in real life, the greatest gift of books is their ability to bring people together.
