Synopsis
La combinatio is a "novel of deformation": it follows the story of a boy born into a mafia family, and thus inevitably destined to be influenced by a series of factors that will lead him to be "combined" into the Cosa Nostra at a very young age. A monument to personal redemption, La combinatio unveils a criminal universe narrated "from the inside," illustrating not only some crucial points that are difficult to penetrate, but above all certain psychological and even almost ideological turning points that have fueled its appeal and spread.
