Elena Stancanelli, in 1998, was among the winners of the first edition of the City of Cuneo Prize for the Primo Romanzo, with Benzina (Einaudi).

On Thursday 24 March, on the occasion of the release of her new book Il tuffatore, published by La Nave di Teseo, she returned to Cuneo for a live meeting included in the scrittorincittà.

In conversation with Raffaele Riba, he retraced Raul Gardini's career as the story of a lost generation, made up of men defeated by history, proud of their courage, arrogant, willing to take risks to the point of complete disregard. Men who were hard to resist.

The meeting took place at the Circolo 'L Caprissi.
